2- Please approve for Mr. Khazaal Al-Hashimi, a teacher at Al-Irfan Intermediate School for Boys, to give five lectures per week on the subject of drawing to our school students. We attach herewith the original letter from the Directorate of Al-Irfan Intermediate School No. 393 dated 29 / 9 / 58 allowing him to give these lectures, along with the written consent of the aforementioned person. The mentioned teacher graduated from secondary school and the education course for the year 1941.
