To clarify the points mentioned in your above letter, please be informed:
1- We previously requested in our letter No. Sh/63/174 dated 20 / 10 / 1963 that the aforementioned person deliver
four lectures per week on the subject of Physics to our school students for the academic year 63 / 1964.
It is customary in all schools for the lecturer to begin delivering lectures while waiting for approval to arrive,
and to stop upon receipt of a letter of disapproval. No rejection was received regarding the delivery of these lectures.
2- The amounts received by the aforementioned person as lecture fees for the last three months are 56/- Dinars.
As for the remainder, it was granted to him in exchange for what he provided to the students of this school in terms of preparing questions and study materials to prepare them
for the University of London exams, in addition to his organization of the school laboratory and his participation in correcting exam papers
for the mid-year exam and monthly exams. The remaining amount was considered as lecture fees added to
the original lectures to simplify the various expenditure categories regarding the school's accounts.
3- The fee for a single lecture for the aforementioned person is one Dinar per lecture.
