The Ministry must decide on the request by acceptance or rejection within one month, and its decision shall be final. 6- The Second Party whose services are requested to be dispensed with shall continue his work until the Ministry decides on his matter. 7- This contract is considered effective after its ratification by the Ministry of Education, provided that ratification takes place within one month from the date of its receipt. 8- The Second Party shall be considered in breach of the terms of this contract and shall have no right to uphold it if he leaves work during the school year and before the end of the period agreed upon in this contract for illegitimate reasons and illegal circumstances that are not considered force majeure beyond his control. In that case, the First Party may demand compensation from the Second Party equivalent to one month's salary as a penalty clause without the need for a formal notice. 9- The Second Party shall be treated the same as his fellow teachers and instructors in government schools in terms of rights and duties stipulated in the laws, regulations, and instructions, such as the number of classes, regular and sick leaves, and other privileges enjoyed by his colleagues in government schools.
