In implementation of the provisions of Law No. 79 of 1970 (The Seventh Amendment Law to the Real Estate Bank Law
No. 73 of 1955), the following has been decided:
1- Abolishing the Cooperative Bank and its Law No. 163 of 1959 and its amendments and the regulations issued thereunder,
and replacing it with the Real Estate Bank in the manner set forth in Articles Two and Five of the aforementioned
law.
2- All officials, employees, and workers of the Cooperative Bank are considered transferred to the Real Estate Bank with their salaries
and wages in accordance with the principles set forth in Article Four of the law referred to above.
3- This order shall be implemented as of the date of publication of the aforementioned law in the Official Gazette, corresponding to 4/18/70.
