The school administration would also like to inform you that Article 45 of the Secondary Schools Regulation No. (54)
for the year 1954 regarding school absences states the following:-
A full attendance grade is considered one hundred at the beginning of each school year, and two grades are deducted from the attendance grades for
every day a student is absent without a legitimate excuse. A student is considered to have failed in their class if 51% or more of their
attendance grades are deducted.
And Article 46 of the same regulation states the following:-
If a student is absent for more than sixty school days from the start of instruction, they shall be deprived from taking the examination
at the end of the year or the general examination for the same year, regardless of the excuses.
Please take note of this and cooperate with the school administration in urging your daughter to attend and not to miss school
unless you decide she will leave school permanently, in which case her name will be removed from our records.
