After greetings,
I had rented from you the house numbered ⟦1277/9⟧ located in the neighborhood of
Ras al-Qarya for an annual rent of 84/- Dinars, and I renewed the contract
with you after reducing it by 10% in accordance with the Rent Control Law Decree, and I handed over to your general
agent, the lawyer Mr. Nuri Abdul Wahab Al-Alouk, a rent amount of 63/- Dinars
as per the receipt dated 3 / 8 / 1955, for the period ending at the end of
the month of March 1955 as written therein. Since you have refused to receive the rent
for the period starting from April 1, 1955, where payment is conditional upon receipt at the beginning
of each month, I have proceeded to deposit the rent for the month of April, amounting to 6/300 Dinars,
with the aforementioned Notary Public within the legal period. Please, after being notified
of this warning, visit the Notary Public's office to receive the mentioned payment.
I shall continue to pay the remaining monthly rent payments according to the law. ⟦line⟧

and is leased for a full year from 11/1/54 for an amount of 84/- Dinars
annually, of which 21/- Dinars was paid in cash at the time for two months, and the remainder
paid in monthly installments of 7/- Dinars for each month; this
and after the end of the mentioned year, he continued to pay monthly installments
in the amount of 6/200/- Dinars instead of 7/- Dinars
meaning after a 10% reduction
