Greetings and respect,
I would like to present to your Excellency that the (curtain) arriving for the custodian of Al-Uzair, peace be upon him,
was sent by some Israelis outside Iraq to be placed in the shrine as a mercy for one of
the deceased, and as I previously explained to your Excellency in my letter No. 2760 dated 23 Safar 353
and 6 June 934, that items of this kind are specific to the shrine of our master Al-Uzair, which has been used
since ancient times as a place for prayer and worship. Therefore, I request your Excellency to give the order to exempt the mentioned curtain
from customs duties.
With respect to your Excellency,

I was very surprised by the non-acceptance of the certificate of ⟦Aleppo District⟧
regarding the acceptance of the student on a scholarship, so I hope you do not disappoint
our hope in this simple matter and that you recommend
to the Director the necessity of accepting the aforementioned student. And of course
I do not want to go into details about the students whom
you accept for free while they deserve to pay the fees, for this
is a known and witnessed matter, and may God help the poor.
With this, I thank you in advance.
