You are requested to pay the additional income tax amounting to (7/500) Dinars either in cash or by sending a check within (21) days starting from
the date of your receipt of this notice. If you delay payment beyond the mentioned period, an amount equal to 5% of the tax due for payment will be added to it.
If the tax and the additional 5% are not paid within (21) days, the addition will be doubled, i.e., it will become 10% according to the provisions of Article (47) of the Income Tax
