From the Iranian Consulate in Qasr-e Shirin to the Iraqi Consulate in Halabja.
The news reaching us indicates that six persons ⟦...⟧
subjects of the Javanrud villages had gone in the company of six other persons from the people of Tawila
to His Eminence Sheikh Husam al-Din to visit him, and upon their return and arrival at
the road between the villages of Balkha and Darkashikhan, bandits attacked them and
captured the six Iranians and took them with them after releasing the
Iraqians who were with them. At that time, one of the dervishes informed Sheikh Husam
of the matter, and the latter in turn informed you of it. Now,
we request your Eminence to kindly take the necessary measures to rescue
these Iranians from the hands of the bandits and to capture the bandits themselves
