According to received information, six subjects of the villages of Javanrud, who had traveled in the company
of six residents of Tawila to benefit from the presence of His Holiness Sheikh Husam al-Din, were
attacked by bandits on their return between the village of ⟦illegible⟧ Balke and Darkashamkhan. The residents of Tawila were released,
but the six Iranians were taken away. One of the disciples of His Holiness Sheikh Husam al-Din reported the incidents
to the Sheikh, and that honorable colleague was informed by the Sheikh. It is requested that you issue the necessary orders
for the release of the Iranians and the arrest of the bandits, and also keep this Commissioner informed
of the results of the actions taken. Please accept my highest respects.

from the service of His Holiness Sheikh Hesamuddin, accompanied by six residents of Tawila, had been honored, on
the return between the village of ⟦Balkha⟧ and Darreh Shikhan, were attacked by bandits. They released the residents of Tawila
and took the six Iranians with them. One of the disciples of His Holiness Sheikh Hesamuddin reported the events to the
Sheikh, and that honorable court has been informed by the Sheikh. Please issue the necessary orders for the release of
the Iranians and the arrest of the bandits, and also inform this Commissioner of the results of the actions taken. Please
accept my highest respects.

From the Iranian Consulate in Qasr-e Shirin to the Iraqi Consulate in Halabja.
The news reaching us indicates that six persons ⟦...⟧
subjects of the Javanrud villages had gone in the company of six other persons from the people of Tawila
to His Eminence Sheikh Husam al-Din to visit him, and upon their return and arrival at
the road between the villages of Balkha and Darkashikhan, bandits attacked them and
captured the six Iranians and took them with them after releasing the
Iraqians who were with them. At that time, one of the dervishes informed Sheikh Husam
of the matter, and the latter in turn informed you of it. Now,
we request your Eminence to kindly take the necessary measures to rescue
these Iranians from the hands of the bandits and to capture the bandits themselves
and punish them severely, and also we request to be informed of the result. With
