The Honorable Notables

After greetings and respect
Since it was necessary to take the measures outlined in the Council's report on its activities and accounts
for the year 34-1935 regarding properties in order to safeguard the community's rights and interests in these properties
of various types and to ensure their proper management in an organized manner, the Council decided in its session held
on 12/26/1934 to appoint you as a Property Committee for the community to achieve the required reform.
What we know of your desire to work and sacrifice for the service of this community
which lacks the efforts of honorable individuals such as yourselves makes us firm in our hope that achieving this reform
will not be far off.
I hope to present to each of you herewith a copy of the report discussed
at the beginning of this letter and a copy of the Property Committee's regulations for your review and to request its amendment if you find it necessary
to do so.
With respect,
⟦illegible⟧
The President
