- Secretariat for the Supervision of Immovable Property -
Greetings,
With reference to your letter numbered 864 and dated 6 / 2 / 1952 addressed to the Secretariat of the Capital
and a copy thereof to the Presidency of this Community.
Please note the following:-
1- The Secretariat of the Capital had addressed a letter to the Presidency of this Community under number 3 / 284 and dated 8 / 1 / 1952 requesting
the initiative to remove the debris of the numbered house adjacent to 21 / 145 in the Al-Tatran neighborhood (without specifying in its letter
the specific number of the house) within three days, otherwise warning us of the application of Article - 29 - of the Roads and Buildings Regulation
for the year 1945.
2- In implementation of the letter from the Secretariat of the Capital referred to in the first paragraph above, we sent the department clerk to arrange for someone to guard
this debris and preserve it, so it was arranged that the woman living in the same house would perform this task, and he moved
the wood lying in the middle of the road, estimated at (18) pieces, and they were kept in one of the community's warehouses.
3- At the same time, the specialized employee in this department audited the specific number of this house in the property records
and did not find a property with this number belonging to the Presidency of the Community.
4- Accordingly, we emphasized to the aforementioned woman the necessity of preserving the debris of that house as she is responsible for it, pending
clarification of the matter.
Therefore, we present this information to your esteemed General Secretariat and request that you send someone you trust to receive the (18) pieces of wood
kept with us for delivery.
Please accept our highest respect.

1 - After conducting an audit, the accuracy of what was stated in your above-mentioned letter was confirmed, as it was proven that House No. 145/43 located in the Sayyid neighborhood does not belong to the presidency of this community, but was mistakenly assigned to our community.
2 - The reason for this oversight is due to the transfer of the guardianship of the Al-Adhra endowments to the presidency of this community, as there is another house in the same neighborhood belonging to this presidency, which is House No. 145/63, located near the house mistakenly recorded, which caused this error by the collector.
3 - The total amounts collected from Mrs. Sabriya bint Nassif Al-Mahdawi (the occupant of the house) are as follows, noting that the collector began receiving the rent for this house as of 1/ 11 / 1951.
