Issued by the Sharia Court in Baghdad dated 25 Rabi' al-Thani year 1324 AH containing the endowment (waqf) of Mas'uda bint Yusuf Akaf mentioned above of the mentioned house
In the name of Mas'uda Salman Yusuf Akaf mentioned above, which is within the boundaries mentioned on the opposite side of her mentioned house and is called
The school of Mas'uda Salman Yusuf Salman ⟦illegible⟧ as a valid, legal, and perpetual endowment that shall not be sold, mortgaged, owned, inherited, or transferred to anything other than
What it was named for from her endowment and detention for the sake of God Almighty, and this school shall be for the education of the sons and daughters of the poor and needy of the Israelite community in Baghdad
On the condition that the trustee (mutawalli) of this endowment shall be the Spiritual Council of the Israelite community in Baghdad, with the power of attorney to collect the yields of the mentioned property and spend them
On the affairs of this school as requested by one of the scholars and the necessary proof according to the legal inheritance from the Sharia Court in Baghdad
And at so and so by the Spiritual Council and the Directorate of Endowments in Baghdad on the date of 25 Rabi' al-Thani year 1324 AH
And that the mentioned trustee ⟦illegible⟧ Mas'uda bint Yusuf Akaf in the Land Registry Directorate in Baghdad on the date of ⟦illegible⟧
The yield of this endowment is divided, and the Land Registry office shall proceed on the mentioned day provided that a copy is sent to the Land Registry Directorate in Baghdad
To carry out the transaction, and accordingly, what occurred was recorded in the endowment registry records issued in the Baghdad Sharia Court
On 25 Rabi' al-Thani year 1324 AH corresponding to 24 February year 824, and accordingly the deed was drafted on 25 Rabi' al-Thani year 1324 AH

The aforementioned shop is part of the house endowed by the late Masuda bint Yusuf Abu Al-Timman according to the endowment deed No. 28 dated 28 Rabi' al-Awwal 1341 AH, which was ratified by the Sharia Court of Cassation in Baghdad on 28 Rabi' al-Thani 1341 AH, and endowed to the Masuda Salman School located in the Qanbar Ali neighborhood in Baghdad. The endower stipulated in the aforementioned deed that the guardianship (tawliya) of the house would be hers for her lifetime, and after her death, the guardianship would pass to the President of the Israelite Community in Baghdad, the Chief Rabbi, the President of the Spiritual Council, the President of the Lay Council, and the President of the Israelite Schools Committee in Baghdad. The endower also stipulated that the proceeds of the aforementioned house after her death should be spent on the aforementioned Masuda Salman School. The said endower passed away in Baghdad on 28 Rabi' al-Awwal 1341 AH, and the guardianship of the mentioned house transferred to the aforementioned individuals according to the guardianship deed No. 74 dated 28 Rabi' al-Thani 1341 AH, ratified by the Sharia Court of Cassation in Baghdad on 28 Rabi' al-Thani 1341 AH. The mentioned house is registered in the Tabu Department in the name of the Masuda Salman School according to Tabu deed No. 48 dated 28 Rabi' al-Thani 1341 AH. The aforementioned shop is part of the aforementioned house and was subdivided from it according to the subdivision map No. 48 dated 28 Rabi' al-Thani 1341 AH, ratified by the Tabu Department in Baghdad on 28 Rabi' al-Thani 1341 AH. The aforementioned shop is registered in the Tabu Department in the name of the Masuda Salman School according to Tabu deed No. 48 dated 28 Rabi' al-Thani 1341 AH.
