registered baggage and other property unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional
charges are paid for that in accordance with the carrier's tariffs and regulations. In this case, the carrier's liability is limited to

(E) The selection or limitation of liability under these terms applies to "Sales Agents" and the employees and representatives
of the carrier working within the scope of their employment, as well as to every person whose aircraft was used by a carrier
for transport operations and to their agents, employees, or representatives working within the scope of their employment.
5 - Registered baggage transported under this contract shall be delivered to the baggage check holder after payment of
all unpaid amounts due to the carrier under the transport contract pertaining to him or its tariff.
6 - When this ticket becomes effective, it shall be valid for transport from the civil airport at the place of departure
to the civil airport at the place of arrival via the route indicated therein and in the class designated
for travel, and it remains valid for one year from the date of commencement of air travel unless otherwise stated
in the carrier's tariff and regulations. Each flight coupon is accepted for travel on the date and by the aircraft
for which the space was reserved. When open-dated flight coupons are issued, the space shall be reserved
upon request subject to the availability of vacancies.
7 - The carrier undertakes to do its utmost to transport passengers and baggage with reasonable speed, but no specific time
is fixed for the commencement or completion of the trip. Subject to the foregoing, the carrier may entrust the transport to others and change
aircraft without prior notice, as well as change or omit stopping places shown in the ticket
if necessity dictates so. The times shown in timetables and elsewhere are approximate
and not guaranteed and do not form part of this contract. Travel schedules are subject to change without prior
notice, and the carrier assumes no responsibility for making connections with aircraft belonging to other carriers.
8 - The passenger must comply with all government travel requirements and provide all necessary entry and exit visas
and other documents required by law, and must be present at the airport at the time
appointed by the carrier, and if no such time is appointed, then at a sufficient time before the departure time of the office to coordinate the completion
of official and travel formalities. The carrier shall not be liable for any loss or expenses arising from
the passenger's failure to observe these provisions.
9 - None of the carrier's agents, employees, or representatives has the authority to change, modify, or waive any
of the provisions of this contract.
10 - (A) No claim regarding damaged baggage will be accepted unless the person authorized to receive it submits a review
to the carrier immediately after discovering the damage or within a maximum period of seven days from receipt of the baggage. As for
delayed baggage, no claim regarding it will be accepted if the authorized person does not review
within a maximum period of 21 days after placing the baggage at their disposal. The review must be made by submitting a
written request within the aforementioned periods. When the transport is not international - as per the definition of the convention -
the failure to report the occurrence of damage does not prevent a review of the courts if the claimant proves that (first) it was not
within their power to perform the said reporting or (second) they failed to report due to fraudulent behavior on the part
of the carrier or (third) that the carrier's office was aware of the damage that occurred to their baggage.
(B) The right to claim damage payment from the carrier lapses unless this claim is filed within two years from the date of arrival
at the destination or from the date on which the aircraft was supposed to arrive at the intended airport
or from the date on which the transport stopped. The method of calculating the said period shall be determined by the law of the court
where the lawsuit is filed.

Instructions regarding the reservation of places in the upper classes, the acquisition of tickets, and the cancellation of reserved
places
1 - A place in the upper classes can be reserved by telephone or by personal visit to the station. When the availability of a place is confirmed, reservation tickets, travel tickets, and others must be acquired at a time not exceeding 14:00 hours on the day the request for reservation was made. Any request for reservation not supported by tickets within the mentioned time is considered cancelled.
2 - If the request for reserving places comes from outside Kirkuk, Erbil, Mosul, or Maqal, whether by telephone or telegraph, the reservation will be made provided that the requester visits the station to acquire the necessary travel tickets within a time not exceeding 24 hours from the time the reservation request was made and before 14:00 hours on the day of travel.
3 - When a passenger who has acquired their tickets decides not to travel, they must contact the station at least two hours before the train's departure time so that their place can be cancelled and given to other passengers.
4 - Passengers can reserve a place before the scheduled day of travel, provided that they acquire travel tickets, reservation tickets, and others on the day the reservation request is made according to paragraph (1) and within 24 hours according to paragraph (2) above.
5 - Passengers not wishing to travel must submit their requests to the office of the Chief of Transportation at the main station, accompanied by the tickets, to consider the matter of refunding their values to them. The Chief of Transportation reserves the right to reject such requests.
6 - The values of reservation tickets are not refunded when a passenger decides not to travel, regardless of the reasons.
7 - The values of lost or defaced tickets are not refunded.

Instructions regarding the reservation of Upper Class Accommodation
and Cancellation Thereof and Refunds on Unused Tickets.
1. The reservation of Upper Class accommodation can be made by telephone or by
a personal call at the station. When the required accommodation is ascertained
to be available the travel and reservation ⟦ticket⟧'s etc. must be purchased not later
than 14.00 hours of the day on which the reservation is made. Any telephonic
reservation that is not confirmed by the purchase of the necessary tickets within
the above time limit shall be considered as cancelled.
2. If the demand for reservation is received ⟦from⟧ sources outside Kirkuk, Erbil,
Mosul or Ma'qil, whether by telephone or telegram, the reservation will be effected
provided the applicant attends the station to purchase the necessary tickets within
24 hours from the time the reservation is made and before 14.00 hours of the
day on which the journey is to be made.
3. Should a passenger who has already booked his tickets from the station decide
not to travel he should get in touch with the station at least two hours before
