In truth, you know what has been decided and what has developed in terms of correspondence and incoming/outgoing documents
regarding the allocation of monthly amounts and their cash receipt every two months, fifty dinars, since the beginning of
the arrangement in order to complete what I need. The late Salim Kabbay used to always send,
and it would reach me on 1/5 at the beginning of the two-month period, and with his dispatches he sent the car of Brother Sasson.
⟦...⟧ September and October on 1/7 from the hand of Yusuf Al-Rafidain, and after that
I sent three letters to send fifty dinars for the months of November and
December 1964. I was surprised by Sami Al-Mu'allim, and I authorized him to receive the amounts after the last letter
on 14/5/1964. After Sasson returned from accounting, he told him to transfer it to us.
Then Sami cabled with the lawyer confirming this transfer; it has not arrived until now, and as of now
nothing has reached us, and it is not hidden from your presence and the respected committee ⟦...⟧
