Honorable Mr. Chairman of the Committee Greetings - Upon auditing, it appeared that the properties belonging to the Shaham Waqf and its likes, numbered 144/88 and 144/89 and 144/74 and 144/76 H, are leased by Kouri Ali Ismail according to the lease contract attached in the file of the lawyer Mr. Shaul Miri. It appeared from the list attached in the department's file that the aforementioned person is indebted from 1/5/1945 until 31/12/1970 for an amount of (792) Dinars. According to the list, the aforementioned person did not file a lawsuit to settle the debt, only an eviction lawsuit, and it also appeared that the shops numbered 87 and 144/80 are also in the custody of Mr. Kouri Ismail, and he leased them from individuals and collected their rent, but according to what the classifier stated ⟦illegible⟧ after inquiring from the aforementioned (the tenants), that these properties located in the Al-Tatran neighborhood, his report was sent to the Administrative Committee and the Supreme Council, belonging to Mr. Saleh Qahtan. The sect's accounting has not received any amount from the two aforementioned persons until now. Upon reviewing the warning addressed to the Administrative Committee by the Rusafa Property Tax Directorate, it was built that the amount to be paid is (294/287) Dinars as stated in the attached list for the previous building, i.e., 68, 69, and 97. 2 - The endowment deed was issued under number 311 and dated 28 Rabi' al-Thani, year 1343, and it is registered in
