Yaqub Qahtan, Edward Shaoul, and Ezra Daoud, in the presence of the accountant Mr. Anwar Shaoul, reconciled the cash balance and compared it with the school's accounting records (Journal and Ledger) for the period from 1 / 9 / 1967 until the day of 20 / 9 / 1967. The committee found that the total amounts received under receipt vouchers numbered from (6501) to (6530) is 539 Dinars, which matches the amount recorded in the Journal for the period mentioned above. The committee also audited the amounts spent according to the disbursement documents for the period from 1 / 9 / 1967 until 20 / 9 / 1967 and matched them with the Journal. The committee found that the total amounts spent under disbursement documents numbered from (118) to (125) is 411 Dinars, which matches the amount recorded in the Journal.
