Sassoon bin Heskel Gigi family endowment, and it acquired its final status, and your respected court collected an amount of (510/-)
five hundred and ten dinars according to the receipt numbered 36/214924 sequence 4374 dated 3/12/1958, which is the legal
tithe according to paragraph (a) of Article Eight of the fees for permitting the liquidation of the family endowment No. (1) of 1955.
And since the named charitable entity to which the aforementioned liquidated endowment reverts is the Mosaic Community in Baghdad
to spend the proceeds of the aforementioned endowment on the poor students of the Mosaic Community schools, as stated in the correction of the aforementioned endowment
dated 1/9/1946 and notification number 46/149. In view of the wording of Article Four of Regulation No. 4 of 1959
concerning the spending of the charitable share of the liquidated family endowment, we request your order to pay the net proceeds from the share collected from the endowment
mentioned above to it.
