The individual named Daoud Sassoon Menashi Ezra approached this court, claiming that his father, Sassoon Menashi Ezra, is bedridden in
Kamal Al-Samarrai Hospital and is in critical condition and unconscious. Therefore, he requests the appointment of a guardian over him to manage his affairs until his recovery,
and he presented a medical report confirming this.
On 1/6/1955, this court observed the condition of the aforementioned patient and heard from the duty doctor at the mentioned
hospital. It became clear that he suffers from uremia (blood poisoning by urine) and that in this state he is considered unable to manage his own affairs and is not
in possession of his mental faculties. Therefore, it has become necessary to place him under interdiction and appoint a guardian over him. Please nominate someone whom your presidency trusts to be fit
for this guardianship and inform us of his name in order to consider his appointment as guardian over him, and instruct him to appear in this court as quickly
as possible, pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article 58 of the Law for the Administration of Minors' Property.
