The Judge - Mr. Abbas Shikara.
The Endower - Ezra Menachem Daniel.
On this day, Ezra Menachem Daniel appeared, and after being identified by the identification witnesses Meir Hakham Moshe Dangour and Ezra Meir Baruch, he stated
as follows:-
I, by my own will and choice, and in full possession of my mental faculties and maturity, have endowed the house located in the Torah neighborhood in Baghdad, which is divided into
two houses by an informal division and numbered with door numbers 73 / 139 and 94 / 39 according to the Tabu deed dated June 323 and sequence 312
and registered in the name of my late father Menachem Salih Daniel and transferred to me as inheritance according to the two inheritance certificates issued by the Judge of Personal Matters
under number 136 / 40 dated 11 / 12 / 40 and 34 / 43 dated 29 / 3 / 43 from my private property, and I have endowed it as a valid and perpetual endowment
for the rest of the soul of my late mother Rifka daughter of Abdullah Shlomo, provided that it be used as a dispensary for the medication and treatment of the sick among the poor of the Mosaic
community, and that this dispensary be named after my late mother Rifka Menachem Salih Daniel. The trustee of this endowment has full rights
and absolute discretion in what he deems appropriate regarding the use of the entire endowed property as a dispensary or a part of it, and the surplus that remains for him, he may lease it and spend
the yield obtained from it, first on paying taxes, maintenance, and necessary repairs for the endowed property, and second on the medication and treatment of the patients
who visit that dispensary. In the absence of poor visitors to the aforementioned dispensary, it shall be spent on the poor sick
Israelites in Baghdad.
Then I have endowed, restricted, and delivered into the hand of the trustee of this endowment a sum of money amounting to three thousand Dinars, of which two thousand five hundred
Dinars are for the purpose of spending them on building the dispensary <del>⟦illegible⟧</del> endowed by this endowment deed, furnishing it, and preparing it to be suitable for the aforementioned purpose, and that
at the earliest time the trustee deems appropriate and until the commencement of the construction. The trustee may invest the aforementioned amount by purchasing government loan bonds
or similar guaranteed methods, and the interest obtained from those funds shall be added to the endowed amount and used for the same purpose of construction.
As for the remaining five hundred Dinars, they shall be spent for the necessary maintenance of the endowed property from time to time until the commencement of the construction of the dispensary required
for endowment.
I have assigned the trusteeship of this endowment to the Lay Council of the Israelite Community in Baghdad, and in the absence of such a council
at any time, the trusteeship shall then transfer to the authority that takes its place.
The trustee must entrust the management and operation of this dispensary ⟦as well as⟧ the spending of the endowed amount for the purposes for which it was endowed
to the person or body that manages the Meir Elias Hospital within the limits set for it. There appeared the person
named Eliyahu Hayyim Tawfiq, the current President of the Israelite Lay Council in Baghdad at the present time, ⟦and that⟧ according to the certificate
presented stating that he is the President of the Israelite Lay Council in Baghdad at the present time, issued by the Presidency of the Israelite Community
on 26 / 4 / 1944. After being identified by the two identification witnesses mentioned above, he stated: I have received in full and complete
the endowed amount of three thousand Dinars from the endower, the aforementioned Mr. Ezra Menachem Daniel, and I pledge to preserve it and spend it
according to the conditions mentioned in the endowment deed listed above.
Based on the above, they requested the issuance of a deed for the aforementioned endowment.
The Decision - In view of the above, the endowment has been completed, become binding, and ruled upon according to the conditions listed above, and it has become a valid and legal endowment. Written as
requested on 30 / 4 / 1944 AD.

Greetings and respect,
The will of the deceased Shaul Hashouri has been executed, and the division of the estate of his brother's heirs
all the rights of the deceased before him took place. This will was issued by the Spiritual Council
No. 5 in ⟦illegible⟧ and the mentioned will was concluded at its time, and the mentioned will was actually
executed. However, due to the death of the wife of the mentioned testator Shaul, the remaining conditions
of the unexecuted will were not carried out, including the house numbered ⟦...⟧/⟦...⟧ located in the ⟦...⟧ neighborhood,
for which the testator stipulated that the amount be spent by selling the mentioned house. Since the will has remained vacant
until now, and its execution has become necessary and contingent upon the sale of the mentioned house
and the disposal of its price in execution of the terms of the will as detailed in its articles, and since
Harun Hashouri, the beneficiary of the mentioned will's relatives, is capable of completing the terms of the will
as shown in the statement submitted herewith from the ⟦...⟧ neighborhood persons
to the Personal Status Court in Baghdad, which now rules that the Spiritual Council should appoint
the mentioned ⟦...⟧ Harun as an executor to complete the execution of the terms of the will. We also submit
a certified copy of both the original will and the notification of certification of the execution of the terms of the will,
along with a certified copy of the validity of the legal inheritance division for his deceased brother and the father of Shaul's wife, and that is
to kindly send it to the referred court. With respect,
