Defendant: Yaqoub Kurji Pinhas
Farha Baruch petitioned the Israelite Spiritual Court on behalf of her daughter
Nasima Yusuf Abdo and claimed that her client's fiancé, Yaqoub Kurji Pinhas, is refusing
