Mr. Amin Mansour Mar'i, of Lebanese nationality, was appointed as a teacher in this school seven
years ago pursuant to the letter of the Directorate of General Education No. 42875 dated 14 / 12 / 1952 and is still
continuing in his position at this school until now. He is registered with the Directorate of General Residency and holds
Residency Booklet No. 39 and Lebanese Passport No. 60 / 54. He has also filled out the required forms in accordance
with your letter No. 14598 dated 23 / 10 / 1958. Since we are in need of his services, and with reference to
the instructions issued in the Regulation for Non-Iraqis Practicing Work in Iraq No. 14 of 1958, please
kindly provide him with a work permit in Iraq, noting that the total number of employees, Iraqis and foreigners, in

its telegram sent to the Iraqi Consulate in London numbered 21086 and dated 7 / 10 / 1959. She
entered Iraq on 17 / 10 / 1959 and was granted residence permit number 3446 dated 20 / 10 / 1959

4744 and dated 27 / 10 / 1959 the employment of the aforementioned person.
With reference to the instructions issued in the regulation for non-Iraqis practicing work in Iraq No. 14 of 1958
which appeared in your circular numbered D / 14598 and dated 22 / 10 / 1958. Please be so kind as to provide her with a
work permit in Iraq, noting that the total number of employees, both Iraqis and foreigners, in this school currently is
