the percentage of foreign employment in our school to the necessary levels as required by the need, and that
is in accordance with the provisions of Article 131 of the Labor Law. Noting that we have (27) employees of
Iraqis and (3) foreign full-time teaching staff members. We also have
(15) Iraqi lecturers working on a per-period basis, most of whom are seconded from the Ministry of Education.
