On the occasion of the previous loan submitted by this association to this bank, your respected ministry approved in its letter 1044 on 4 / 1 / 1961 the application of Article (38) of the Cooperative Societies Law No. 73 of 1959 in all its paragraphs regarding employees, male teachers, and female teachers belonging to the Ministry of Education who are members of the "Cooperative Housing Construction Societies." And now the Ministry of Social Affairs has requested us in its letter 10756 on 6 / 6 / 1961 to obtain confirmation from the departments of the joined members regarding the deduction of installments on their scheduled dates "as stated in its letter referred to." We confirm to you that the two documents numbered Sh/617 and Sh/619 dated 23 / 7 / 1961 were issued by the administration of this school and belong to the same student. As for the reason for granting two documents, each bearing a name different from the other, it is because the student held an old civil status book in which he was registered under the name (Ezra Eddie) Victor Elia Shaul, therefore he was registered in our records under this same name appearing in his civil status book and in the non-revocation identity card belonging to his father and continued to bear this name from his registration in our school until his graduation from preparatory school. He had previously been provided with school documents under this name. However, the aforementioned student recently obtained a 1947 registration civil status book under the name Eddie Victor Ezra Elia Shaul, therefore he submitted a request to this school asking to correct his name and make it match his 1947 civil status book, and upon the request of the First Karrada Al-Sharqiya Recruitment Committee No. 1151 on 10 / 8 / 1961 to delete the first name (Ezra), we contacted the Directorate of Education of Baghdad Province / Rusafa in our letter No. Sh/61/69 on 10 / 8 / 1961 regarding the name correction, and it approved in its letter No. 32794 on 13 / 8 / 1961, a copy of which is attached herewith for the correction. Therefore, the name was corrected in the documents numbered Sh/589, Sh/568, Sh/617 dated 30 / 4 / 1961, 29 / 11 / 1960, 23 / 7 / 1961, and we were unable to correct the name in the document numbered Sh/619 dated 23 / 7 / 1961 because it was not with its owner at that time. Accordingly, the correct name for the aforementioned person has become Eddie Victor Ezra Elia Shaul instead of (Ezra Eddie) Victor Elia Shaul, and his name has been corrected in all our school records. Therefore, all documents that will be provided to the aforementioned person will bear the mentioned correct corrected name.
