1/ The monthly attendance summary for the month of October of each year shall be sent so that it reaches us before
the twenty-fifth day of October / 1957.
2/ It shall also be sent for the month of December of each year so that it reaches us before the third day of the month of
January.
3/ It shall also be sent for the month of March of each year so that it reaches us before the third day of April.
4/ It shall also be sent for the month of May so that it reaches us before the third day of June.
Notes
Please separate males from females for each grade and section, mention the number of sections for each grade, and separate
the kindergarten from the preparatory level, and the scientific from the literary and commercial branches (both Arabic and English). We also wish to
list the names of male and female teachers, mentioning the subjects assigned to each of them on the back of
the monthly attendance summary, and list the names of foreign and Iraqi employees who are on the secondary
staff and the attached staff for secondary schools. Please also mention the school's address.
We will penalize the administration of any school that is negligent in this regard.
