We have learned that his only son, Khedhouri Meir Sofer, an employee at the Eastern Bank, oversees the management of his father's affairs. We therefore request that you inform us whether the aforementioned person - Meir Haskell Sofer - after losing his mental faculties, has had an official guardian appointed to manage his affairs ⟦and others⟧ over his actions and properties. Upon requesting payment from the wife of the aforementioned, she stated that her deceased husband left no estate whatsoever. Therefore, we request you please investigate the matter and confirm the validity of the aforementioned person's statement or lack thereof and inform us of the result. Furthermore, in the event that an estate exists for the aforementioned deceased, please inform us of the names of his heirs and the manner of distribution of the said estate among them as quickly as possible.
