During the proceedings, the wife's claim was proven correct, so the court ruled in her favor for the mentioned amount of sixty Dinars to be collected from her husband Abdullah Shaul Zubaida in monthly installments, and each installment equals one-third of the mentioned defendant's salary until the entire amount is paid. 1642 577 11 September 939 Plaintiff: Regina Yehuda Suleiman Youssef Ezra Defendant: Salim Ibrahim Sheina, the appointed guardian of the minors Ibrahim, Habiba, and Fariha, children of Nassim Ibrahim Sheina The woman named Regina Yehuda Suleiman Youssef Ezra petitioned the Israeli Religious Court in Baghdad and claimed that she is owed by her deceased husband, Nassim Ibrahim Sheina, an amount of five hundred and twenty-five dinars, which is the amount of her dowry documented in the marriage contract, and she requests its recovery from the defendant Salim Ibrahim Sheina, the appointed guardian of the minors Ibrahim, Habiba, and Fariha, her children, in addition to the estate of her aforementioned deceased husband Nassim. Upon examining the marriage contract, it was found to be free of forgery and fabrication, speaking of the deceased husband's acknowledgment to his wife, the plaintiff, of the claimed amount. 1247 / 578 25 September 939 Plaintiff: Khatoun Saleh Shirazi Defendant: Ibrahim Ismail (formerly known as Ibrahim Ephraim) The plaintiff, Khatoun Saleh Shirazi, approached the Jewish Religious Court in Baghdad and claimed that her husband, Ibrahim Ephraim, also known as Ibrahim Ismail, owes her an amount of five and ninety-two and a half dinars arising from her dowry documented in her marriage contract. Since her aforementioned husband has an amount of seventy dinars deposited with Gurji Sion Sheena and Eliyahu Abboudi Shmeis, she requested a provisional attachment be placed on it and a judgment in her favor for it to be counted toward her aforementioned dowry. The court decided to place the aforementioned provisional attachment on April 13, 939, and it was executed through the Baghdad Execution Department. After the proceedings and verification of the marriage contract, the court decided to rule for the plaintiff for the aforementioned amount of seventy dinars to be counted toward her dowry and to confirm the provisional attachment placed on the money deposited with the aforementioned Gurji and Eliyahu.
