The woman named Tuffaha daughter of Moshi Meir Sasson approached the Israeli Religious Court in Baghdad
and claimed that she is owed by her deceased husband Sheth Meir an amount of one hundred and forty Dinars and six hundred
and twenty-five Fils, which is the amount of her dowry documented in the marriage contract, and she demands its recovery from the estate
of her aforementioned deceased husband Sheth. After examining the marriage contract, it appeared to be free of forgery and fabrication,
stating the acknowledgment of the deceased husband to his aforementioned wife Tuffaha of the said amount. Accordingly, the court has ruled
for the aforementioned plaintiff Tuffaha for the said amount of one hundred and forty Dinars and six hundred and twenty-five
Fils to be recovered from the estate of her deceased husband, and this judgment was issued to be a notification in the hands of the plaintiff.
