Further to our circular No. 4538 dated 24 / 10 / 1956.
In view of the amendment to the secondary school system and the possibility of opening special classes. Please inform us of the number of
male and female students who are entitled to enter these classes from among those who failed the entrance exams or did not participate
in them from among the graduates of intermediate studies. We will inform you of the subjects that will be taught in these classes and the number of
their hours. As they are under study, we hope to receive the answer urgently.

Directorates of official, private, and foreign secondary and intermediate schools in all of Iraq
It has been decided to cancel the general examinations for intermediate studies this year, therefore please note the following:-
1- Students of the third intermediate classes shall continue attendance with the rest of the non-terminating classes, and final examinations shall be held for them in the school as usual in the same manner as for other non-terminating classes.
2- Final examinations for the third classes shall begin with the rest of the classes on 22 / 5 / 956.
3- All examination instructions and regulations applied to other non-terminating classes shall be applied to students of the third intermediate classes.
4- Final examinations shall be confidential, and questions shall be set and booklets corrected by the committees provided for in Article Twenty-One of the Secondary Schools Regulation No. (54) of the year 954.
5- Special instructions will be issued regarding how to conduct final examinations for the third intermediate classes in private and foreign schools in the near future.
