In view of the approaching date of the final examinations for the third intermediate classes.
Please provide us with the names of those who wish to participate in the entrance
examinations for preparatory study among those who passed the final examinations, while
observing the following points with full precision.
1- Arranging the names according to the alphabet and ensuring they are complete and matching the students'
civil status records.
2- Two copies of the name lists are to be sent.
3- The aforementioned lists must not be delayed beyond 3 / 6 / 1958.
4- No name of any male or female student will be added after the mentioned day, therefore please
study and audit the lists and send them in the final form that does not accept striking out or
addition.
5- In mixed schools, the names of female students are listed in one list and the names of
male students in another list. Likewise, the scientific branch in one list and the literary branch
in another list, and the names of students who wish to take the exam in both scientific and literary
together are listed in two lists.
6- It is preferred to write the names in ink or typewritten, provided the writing is clear
and easy to read and separated from each other (between one line and another).
7- The name lists are arranged according to the following two models, provided that the space for the
examination number remains blank.
Lists are to be delivered directly to the Statistics Section against a signature from the receiver Mr. Abd
Al-Ahad Nano.
Note: We will return any list that does not meet the aforementioned conditions and we will hold the school administration
responsible for the delay.

Further to our administrative orders numbered 10569 and 10596 on 28 / 4 / 1958
A - It has been decided as follows :-
1- Mr. Ishaq Al-Jawahiri, the teacher at Kadhimiya Secondary School for Boys, is appointed as responsible for
the examinations of the third intermediate classes for the Teachers' Association Secondary School in Karkh
affiliated with Kadhimiya Secondary School for Boys, whose examination center shall be in the Official
Karkh Secondary School for Boys.
2- Mr. Sadiq Hassan, Director of Al-Mansour Primary School for Boys, shall be responsible
for the examinations of the third intermediate classes for Frank Iny Intermediate School affiliated
with Faisal Intermediate School for Boys.
3- Mr. Hassan Ajil, Director of Al-Sharqiya Secondary School for Boys, is appointed as Director of
Examination Administration for the Private Culture Intermediate School (and Al-Sharqiya Secondary School for Boys) affiliated
with Al-Sharqiya Secondary School for Boys.
4- Mr. Shakir Al-Haboubi, the teacher at Al-Sharqiya Secondary School, is relieved from the administration
of examinations for the Private Culture Intermediate School for Boys.
5- The inspector Mr. Ahmed Hamid Al-Shubayti is relieved from the responsibility of the examinations of
Frank Iny Intermediate School affiliated with Faisal Intermediate School for Boys.
6- The following named monitors are relieved from monitoring at the National Service examination center
in Al-Bataween Intermediate School for Boys.
