Given the approaching date of the general examinations for primary and preparatory studies, please
provide us with the names of successful and re-sit students from the final classes (sixth
primary and fifth preparatory in your schools, taking into account the following points with full precision.
1 Arrange names alphabetically and they must be complete and matching the identity cards of
the students (male and female).
2 Two copies of the name lists are to be sent.
3 The mentioned lists must not be delayed beyond 8 / 5 / 958.
4 No name of any student (male or female) will be added after the mentioned day, so please study
the lists, audit them, and send them in the final form that does not accept crossing out or addition.
5 In co-ed schools, female students' names are listed in one list and male students' names in
another list, as well as preparatory schools, the scientific branch separately, the literary branch separately,
and the Arabic commercial branch separate from the English commercial branch.
6 Beside each student's name, the word - Successful or Re-sit - is listed with the name of the subject they
re-sit in, in the special field for remarks.
7 - It is preferred to write the names in ink or typed, provided that the writing is clear and easy
to read and separated from each other between one line and another.
8 - Arrange the name lists according to the following model, provided the examination number space remains empty.
Lists of preparatory study students are to be delivered to the Personnel Division directly against a signature by
the receiver, Mr. Abbas Naji.
And lists of primary study students are to be delivered to the Statistics Division directly against a signature by the receiver,
Mr. Abdul Ahad Nano.
Important Note: We will return every list that does not meet the aforementioned conditions and we will hold the school administration
responsible for the delay.
