The Erbil Governorate had informed us in its letter p. 200
of a violation by the Iranians on Iraqi territory
and their arrest of two persons from the Harwaniyah tribe,
namely Mahmoud ⟦Rustam⟧ and Shahka, and now it returns and informs us
in its attached letter of the incorrectness of the violation and the
arrest of the two mentioned persons, for your information and orders please.

It appears that the notification of the mentioned violation was incorrect, as it was in the sub-district directorate of ⟦...⟧
based on unconfirmed reports, and when it was confirmed - and now that both the Harwaniyah
and the Ghanam reside in one area and nothing has previously disturbed ⟦their brotherhood⟧, and regarding the two persons, it is only
due to historical reasons for their families, rather his family residing with all ⟦desire⟧ and interest from
remnants they have of any violation on the Iranian border
What the Iraqi garrison has exerted towards every movement from the Iranian side does not occupy any concern for such
simple violations that did not affect any of the tasks of the Iraqi garrison stationed there

Incoming news indicates an incident that the Iranian armed
forces almost carried out on Iraqi territory, and that was in the
recent period, had it not been for the attention of an Imam of upbringing for his sovereignty and national strength.
It is noted at first glance that these two cases resemble
to some extent one of the procedures for establishing the borders and the Iranian
document, and therefore it is clear from there that all local
authorities in the countries in their forests to the Iranian until
the situation is addressed, since the state is generally responsible and it
works in this trade in all its forms, although the Iranian
government would prefer that they are not ignorant of the nature of the work, especially since every
action for these messages, rather the newspapers that the government placed
a year ago, and they do not hesitate to follow up on the immigrants
