mentioned, and the approval of the Permanent Committee and Foreign Ministry talks was obtained to hold a joint meeting in this
regard, and the Foreign Ministry will be informed of the result. Nevertheless, I hope you will send a copy of this
letter to the Erbil Governorate to inform them of what occurs later regarding what was mentioned in it. Serious.

Enclosed is a telegram from the Erbil Governorate submitted for review with reference
to our letter 82 regarding the formation of a joint Iraqi-Iranian committee
to look into the borders in the Rania district.
It appears from lines 442 and 477 that both the General Directorate of Police
and the Ministry of Agriculture have appointed their representatives to the aforementioned committee
however, the Ministry of Defense has not yet informed us of the name of its representative in the aforementioned
committee, and we emphasized this in our letter 492 which was issued
on (this day), and we also informed the Erbil Governorate of that.
It appears from the content of the telegram that the names of the members of the Iranian committee
have not been received from the Iranian authorities, which indicates
that the Iranian consul alone is handling the negotiations; therefore
the Governorate requests the acceleration of the attendance of the Iraqi representatives, so we answered them.
