The attached news reports a second ordinary incident carried out by the
Iranian armed forces on Iraqi territory, which was until the time of the states
and the Treaty of Lausanne of 1923 in front of the Iraqi village of (Badeh Suteh).
It is noted at first glance that these two incidents resemble
to some extent certain actions and measures for establishing borders and international
treaties, and therefore there are fears that the local population will be prevented
from entering their forests which are still officially
in the name of Iraq, despite the fact that the Iranian authorities describe it in a way
that makes these violations gradually become part of international rulings.
The Iranians know well that we do not neglect to follow up on this work, especially since every
action regarding these matters, for the truth that has been fully presented to the opinion
here with us, because we face a kind of trouble resulting from their ambitions
based on what is concluded from the following:-
1- Technical and administrative aspects of the borders and others.
2- We are concerned with policy and security, and the meeting of the commander and the
motorized regiment, the results of foreign affairs.
