Presidency of the Jewish Community in Baghdad
Greetings and respect.
I refer to the execution of the eviction judgment implemented in the procedural file numbered 1068 / 953 regarding the expulsion of those occupying
the property belonging to your respected presidency by force, and the expenses required for that given that the occupiers are more than a hundred people.
The matter has been completed according to your wish and the new tenant, Haj Issa Abu Tabra, has received the aforementioned property. Therefore, I request the favor of disbursing
the miscellaneous expenses which you previously decided to approve and which you specifically authorized me to spend for this purpose.
With much respect.
Sincerely
Presidency of the Jewish Community
