It is no secret that licensed associations hold periodic or annual elections in accordance
with their regulations, and that the heads of these associations and their members are subject to resignation or replacement
from time to time, and what applies to the mentioned associations also applies to the heads of religious
sects as well.
However, what has been noted is that all of these groups have not informed the competent authorities in the Ministry
of the names of the heads and members of those associations and sects, and the changes that occur to them as a result
of elections or resignations sometimes, so that ⟦it is possible⟧ for the competent authorities to know the responsible persons
among them when directing official correspondence to them or when some documents or recommendations
are issued by them, and to be able to determine responsibility.
Based on the above, please instruct the ⟦committee⟧ of associations and sects mentioned
above, which have previously been granted licenses to open institutes or schools in your province, to provide us
