In accordance with the deed issued by your esteemed court dated July 12, 1933, under case file number 91/933
The endower Rachel daughter of Elisha Yamin Sheikh Sassoon had endowed the house belonging to her located in the Sitt Hadiyeh neighborhood
Numbered 120/28 and sequence 28 to the sick among the poor Jews who are in the Meir Elias Hospital
according to the conditions listed therein.
The guardianship was stipulated to the Head of the Jewish Community in Baghdad, and after him it passes to whoever succeeds him in this
position, provided that the supervisor of the endowment be her brother Saleh Elisha Yamin Sheikh Sassoon, and after his death the supervision passes to
the eldest of his male children and his male grandchildren, excluding females.
The endower has passed away, as has her brother the aforementioned supervisor, and the inheritance distribution was issued by your esteemed court determining
the heirs of the endower on 22/12/1956, and the inheritance distribution was also issued determining the heirs of the supervisor her aforementioned brother on 7/5/1950
under case file number 113 Sh / 1951.
Therefore, I request the issuance of a deed assigning the guardianship of the aforementioned endowment to the Presidency of the Jewish Community in Baghdad
and the supervision to Elisha son of Saleh Elisha Yamin Sheikh Sassoon, who is the eldest of the children of the deceased supervisor, his father Saleh

The donor, Rachel Elisha daughter of Yamin Sheikh Sassoon, had endowed the house belonging to her
Numbered 28/120, located in the Sit Hadia district, pursuant to the endowment deed issued by
the Personal Status Court in Baghdad under dossier number 9/933 and dated July 13, 933.
The guardianship was stipulated to the President of the Jewish Community in Baghdad and his successors
in this position, provided that the supervisor of this endowment be her brother Saleh Elisha, and after his death
the supervision passes to the eldest of his male children.
The aforementioned donor has passed away, and the probate was issued by the Personal Status Court regarding the limitation of her inheritance
in the dossier numbered 216/1956 dated 12/22/1956, and likewise the supervisor, her brother Saleh
Elisha, passed away and the probate was issued by the aforementioned court regarding the limitation of his inheritance in the dossier numbered 113/951
dated 5/7/1951.
Since it is necessary to obtain a guardianship deed from the court by assigning the guardianship to the Community Presidency

We previously established to the General Secretariat of Frozen Assets regarding the shared wall between the community and them and we suggested
the establishment and construction of the shared wall in its place, either to be built jointly or the Secretariat pays its share or builds
the community for us at our expense. The Secretariat responded - after inspections carried out jointly with the engineer of the General Secretariat
for Frozen Assets - that the section belonging to the Secretariat and its residence is very solid and we cannot take the section belonging to us
and demolish it and leave the section belonging to them; this is what was stated in their letter No. 912 dated ⟦28/1/58⟧
And this proposal cannot be implemented at all because the wall is made of stone and that ⟦...⟧ is shared and not two separate walls
When I contacted the engineer of Frozen Assets, Mr. Mahmoud al-Sayfi, accompanied by the designated committee, he suggested to the community
