between nine o'clock in the morning until three o'clock in the afternoon, and therefore no
employee shall leave their department without special permission from me, and they must attend all committee meetings,
otherwise official measures will be taken against the negligent party, and the Administrative Committee will be informed of the resulting
measures if the department is left contrary to this.

a guardianship deed appointing the Administrative Committee as the guardian over the properties endowed by the late Sassoon
Salih Daniel belonging to him, located in Al-Qas neighborhood in Al-Tuwayrij market in Al-Hindiya district, as detailed
in the two endowment deeds issued by the Baghdad Sharia Court dated 9 and 16 Jumada al-Awwal 1337 and
