Labor Relations, numbered 6012 and dated 19/6/1973, regarding the said Ministry's approval to terminate
the services of workers (Hassan Nazzal Rashid) and (Makki Mahdi Saleh) by retiring them based on
their request for reaching the legal age.
The worker (Hassan Nazzal Rashid) is a janitor on the permanent staff of Shamash Preparatory School, and
the worker (Makki Mahdi Saleh) is a janitor on the permanent staff of Frank Iny School.
Both of them ceased work on 30/6/1973 in the afternoon, noting that they are surplus to
our schools' needs, especially after the school building was vacated by students of the Frank Iny Elementary School,
