The committee decided to approve the payment of an amount of five dinars and zinc
from the efforts and additional work performed by the accountant, especially
attending the detention committee and the administrative committee until a late ⟦hour⟧
in the week. This is with the knowledge that these allowances will be adjusted after
the detention committee finishes its work
And the committee decided to approve the payment of the same announced amount
to the accountant as zinc allowances for the same reasons, with the knowledge
that the efforts performed by the secretary and the work he performs
are not less than the accountant in the imposition of his duty and himself as additional
work, so the allowances are paid as above
