1- In view of the unavailability of the Pyelosil material used in the X-ray department in the local markets
and due to its depletion in the hospital, we were forced to import 100 needles from England through the
Frank Strick Company. The aforementioned company has informed us of the arrival of the material in Baghdad and that the costs of these
needles equal 50/- Dinars.
2- We have previously sent an order to the Ilford Company in London to import X-ray films, and
the company estimated the arrival of the films within a period ranging between four and five months. The quantity of films in
the hospital store is on the verge of depletion, which means the X-ray department will stop working. Due to the inability of the

Administrative Order
With reference to the decision of the Provisional Lay Council No. C / 52 / 974 dated 3 / 10 / 1952
1- One hundred and fifty dinars shall be paid to the lawyer Salman Al-Sheikh Daoud as an advance on his fees
for following up on the case of the Ministry of Health's control over Meir Elias Hospital.
2- The aforementioned amount shall be recorded as a debt from the Lay Council to the hospital.

2- To the administration of Meir Elias Hospital: For information and implementation of what was stated in the second paragraph of the order above.
