1- Promotion of the Community Secretary's salary - It was decided to promote the salary of Mr. Shaul Moussa, the Community Secretary, to 60 Dinars per month
(40.000) Dinars as nominal salary and (20.000) Dinars as cost of living allowance, effective from 1/11/1951.
2- It was decided to set the salary of Mr. Naji Benjamin Khayyat and Registrar of Contracts at a monthly salary of (60 Dinars)
(40.000) Dinars as nominal salary and (20.000) Dinars as cost of living allowance, provided that his salary is drawn as follows:-
40.000 Dinars as his salary as a cook in the Israeli slaughterhouse, including cost of living allowances
