Based on the decision of the esteemed Council 8 taken in its twenty-sixth session
held on 1950/9/10, both Mr. Ibrahim Latif Lawi
and Mr. Fuad Eliyahu Huwayla are appointed to the position of clerk in the leadership of the community with a nominal salary of eight
dinars plus cost-of-living allowances in the amount of five and a quarter dinars monthly, effective from
1950/9/1 before noon, provided that the first is responsible for all printing matters
and the second for outgoing and incoming matters and paperwork.
